He Made His Remarks While Briefing Newsmen During A Press Conference Meeting Held Today. He Highlighted That The Egbe Ogbomoso Parapo Agbaaye Is A Prominent Socio-cultural Organization In Nigeria, Founded In 1912 By Professor Nathaniel David Oyerinde, Widely Regarded As The First Professor In Africa. The Group Was Established To Promote Ogbomoso Interests, Culture, And Unity, Evolving From Its Roots In "Egbe Alongo" And Serving As A Platform For Growth And Development In Ogbomosoland.
He acknowledged Ogbomoso`s landmark developments and the many men and women of excellence it has produced, bringing glory to the city. However, he lamented that the organization has faced internal shifts and criticisms over some years due to fraudulent activities by some individuals who jeopardized the system and mismanaged resources intended for community growth and development.
